O ur Corporate office is located in Portland, TN approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Nashville, within Plant 1 facility. (See TN Plant 1 for map and drvining directions.)

Imperial Group fabricates a broad line of steel and aluminum parts which are incorporated in various components and assemblies for a variety of OEM commercial customers. Our core business components are fabrication, plating and assembly. Our corporate headquarters and 6 manufacturing locations employ over 800 associates in Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington.

Consistent with Imperial Group's focus on achieving the highest quality standard, our facilities are TS-16949 and ISO-14001 certified. Each plant actively maintains quality control methodologies required by vehicle manufacturers and OEM suppliers. This ensures that our product line meets the highest attainable standards for quality. Our product line includes chromed bumpers, fenders, grills, hoods, roofs, cab skins, battery/tool boxes, fuel tanks, cross-members, motor mounts, frame components, brackets, and other internal and external components totaling over 15,000 different part numbers.

We develop, improve and manage our business performance by a system of key metrics using the QOS approach. We continually seek to be at the forefront of our industry in applying best practice manufacturing technologies to our operations. Our four on-site plant managers have many years experience in manufacturing and in the world-class technologies we promote.

Imperial Group provides a variety of value added services such as chrome plating, component assembly, polishing, and chassis assembly. We are a Tier I and Tier II supplier and enjoy a long standing supplier relationship with PACCAR, the parent company of Peterbilt and Kenworth heavy duty trucks. We also supply parts and services for virtually all North American heavy truck manufacturers and some bus manufactures.
