Each location is responsible for specific components in our supply structure, depending on client needs. The facilities are strategically located in close geographical proximity to clients in order to reduce shipping time/cost and communication concerns. All facilities are TS-16949 and ISO-14001 certified. Dedicated managers and engineers are present at each facility to work hand-in-hand with clients to address their individual needs.

At Imperial Group, Portland (TN) Operations, our competencies include polishing aluminum and steel substrates, as well as chrome plating steel. We use copper, nickel and trivalent chrome in our process, with trivalent chrome being more environmentally-friendly than hexavalent chrome. We specialize in large parts including bumpers, exhaust stacks and grill bezels for Class 8 truck OEMs, with plating tanks that can accommodate parts up to 56″ x 110″ x 30″. We have a full-service testing laboratory, and can assist with painting and assembly operations if needed. We are able to do custom work should the need arise, and we are TS-16949 and ISO-14001 certified.

The Decatur facility is equipped to perform a number of tasks including CNC machining, plasma cutting, assembly, powdercoat/painting, press, punch, bending, and brake work. Imperial Group Decatur Operations fabricates components using state-of-the-art equipment and world-class associates. We are a major supplier of body panels, stampings, battery and tool boxes, frame cross members, and numerous small components to Class 8 truck OEMs. Our plant is equipped to provide “Just In Time” parts delivery, line set to meet client requirements.
