Imperial Fabricating of Tennessee is located in Portland, TN. We are approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Nashville, TN.

At Imperial Fabricating of Tennessee we manufacture, stamp, and assemble nearly 1600 different components for our clients in the heavy truck and bus industry. With state of the art manufacturing equipment such as waterjet cutters, flat sheet and 5 axis lasers, robotic welding, CNC brakes and punches, heavy presses, and a wide range of stamping capabilities, Imperial has the tools to get the job done.

Our Tennessee Plant 1 team operates in a large 230,000 square foot fabricating and assembly facility.

Our client-focused work force, coupled with TS-16949 and ISO-14001 compliant systems and processes, provides the technical expertise to help us meet and exceed our customer's needs while maintaining respect for our environment.

Our substantial engineering and tool shop capabilities enable us to design and build much of our own tooling, fixtures, and machinery in house, thus reducing new project initiation time and cost. Tennessee Plant 2 is located 1 mile south of Plant 1, just off State Route 109 at 111 Industrial Drive. Our competencies include polishing aluminum and steel substrates, as well as chrome plating steel. We use copper, nickel, and trivalent chrome in our process, with trivalent chrome being more environmentally friendly than hexavalent chrome. We specialize in large parts including bumpers, exhaust stacks, and grill bezels for Class 8 truck OEM's, with plating tanks that can accommodate parts up to 56" x 110" x 30". We have a full service testing laboratory, and can assist with painting and assembly operations if needed. We are able to do custom work should the need arise, and we are TS-16949 and ISO-14001 registered.

Plant 1 Directions from Nashville, TN:
From Nashville, TN take I-65 North approximately 27 miles to Exit 117 (the Portland Exit). Take a right at the end of the exit ramp, go straight at the first four way stop. Then go approximately 6 miles to the first red light and make a left turn onto HWY 109 North. Proceed on 109 North, go straight through two red lights. Go about 2 miles until you come to a building called Portland CARES, located on right side of road. Turn right on the next road past Portland CARES called Kirby Drive. On Kirby Drive we are the second plant on your left after you cross the railroad tracks.

Plant 2 Directions from Nashville, TN:
Take I-65 North towards Louisville Drive 27 miles and exit at Exit 117 (Portland Exit), Turn right onto Highway 52 in fork at end of exit
After approximately 1 mile, go straight at the 4 way stop. Approximately 4 miles later you will be in Portland.
Turn left on Highway 109 North in downtown Portland. Continue north through town, turn right on Industrial Drive.
(There is a Imperial Plant 2 sign at the entrance to Industrial Drive.) Plant 2 of Tennessee is directly ahead.
